We try to organize into special interest committees.
The Federal Issues Committee reports and makes recommendations on any proposed or pending federal legislation that will impact members of our group.
The State Issues Committee researches state policies affecting members of our group and informs them about these policies so that they are equipped to take action (contacting state officials, letters to editor, etc.)
The Local Issues Committee reports and makes recommendations on any proposed or pending local problems and/or legislation the will impact members of our group both in Indiana and Armstrong Counties. The Committee also encourages members to run for open committeemen seats in both counties.
We Meet Monthly
Because this is a two county organization, we meet one month in Armstrong County, in Elderton at the Town Hall.
The next month we meet in the city of Indiana at the Rustic Lodge, 2199 Oakland Ave., Indiana, PA, down the road from Walmart and across from the car wash.
See the "Home Page" for meeting content, meeting dates, and and meeting locations.
